Administrators help manage the site, and have access to site settings. They can also use all editing tools, manage pages, promote or ban members and invite others on private wikis.
I have many contributions on your site. You have many on mine. You complain about "YOU NEVER CONTRIBUTE TO MY SITE ANYMORE" to me all the time. Then, there's Madusha. He isn't even a top contributer on your site, and you don't complain for him to come to your site, instead you become, what, one of the most active members on his site, and barely ever show up on mine anymore. Shame.
